So there's a group of 12 people who share ideals and beliefs and stick together, and they're espousing individualism (ie. individuality) ..
Must not be very individualistic 
Sound like someone couldn't win an argument so they're leaving in a huff and spouting their own individual opinion as they leave. Well I for one am thankful that this is a community where people of differing opinions can share their opposing views ratioanally under the scrutiny of some very intellegent people. If this is death then bring on the wake.
