Hi everyone
I've been an atheist (agnostic-atheist) for quite a few years now. I agree with the whole "there is as much evidence for God as there is for fairies" crowd. I mainly like to discuss the arguments for God like the Kalam and the fine tuning argument.

RE: Hi everyone
Welcome aboard
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Welcome Woof.

Your 'Religious Views' and 'signature' are confusing me.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

Ah, the classics. Well, sort of. Theists still cling to those two. In fairness, there isn't much else left.

Welcome to the forums.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

(Bold mine)

I didn’t realize that this was an argument. I always used a feeler gauge and finished up with a dwell meter.

Anyway, welcome to the Forums.

If you can’t tuna fish, why do they have scales?
