That's all I meant. I'm not explaining myself at all well this morning and coming off like a nob.
This is what I meant by it being bad, for the woman. It's not something she would choose to go through, even if she copes with it really well.
You haven't offended me. I'm only using your post as an opportunity to make a point because so many people (even pro choice) seem to think having an abortion is some horrible choice a woman has to make, and all women feel guilty about it. And it's not the case. I don't mean that you think it is, just that a lot of people say these types of things without thinking about it.
I imagine that if I were to become prefab pregnant (wtf is prefab??) and have an abortion because I don't want to have another child, I would just do it without agonizing over it. I wouldn't feel guilty because I would know it's the right choice for me and my family. Then maybe I would stumble into a thread such as this one where someone unintentionally made a post like yours and I would doubt myself. Am I bad person? Should I feel guilty for having an abortion? Even though it was my right, was it a bad thing that I did?
So I just try, when the opportunity presents itself, to make that point. Abortion isn't a bad thing. It's not always traumatizing. And it's perfectly fine for women to do it without feeling guilty.
