If I didn't have facebook:
I wouldn't know what was going on in the world, ever.
I wouldn't have any friends, or links to my past, left (I'd almost never maintain them... or remember them).
I wouldn't be socially active except on those rare days when someone literally shows up unexpected and drags me outside (I certainly couldn't have done something like become staff here, without something like facebook keeping me socially conscious).
I wouldn't be remotely relieved about my coming trip to england for 2.5 months by talking with my boyfriend's parents, and interacting loosely with the rest of his immediate family.
And, worst of all... I wouldn't see shit like this all the fucking time:
