To simulate is our magic. Probably missed Chad's reference earlier as it always seemed obvious to me. Saying a point can only come from a creator god excludes us from being creator gods. Which is downright absurd.
I believe he's talking meaning and intentionality on a smaller scale, such as how can "my house" refer to my house in the mind. The phrase is "about" something in a way that ordinary particles of matter aren't about other things.
