I'm afraid your definition fails to be meaningful once you say it's something we can't conceive of. Once you say that, any further information you give has been undermined as guesswork.
If we can't conceive of it, then anything we do conceive about it is wrong. We can't possibly have any idea if such a thing exists because we can't learn anything about it.
I don't much care if there is a "God" or not, whatever it may mean. What bothers me is when people claim to have lots of information about it that they can't possibly know.
Thanks Robvalue.
I know it does. The human mind is limited to our senses. The Christian God, is a Being you have to experience for yourself. No one can provide evidence to proof or disprove. It is either you believe or you don't. Other than that, there is nothing. The other problem is there are so many ways to go. Then the question is what do I choose including atheism?
Just like Christians or Catholics have the burden to prove His existence, the atheists have the burden of proof of non-existence. Muslims worship a rock, Buddha a statue, and etc.
Between the Christians and the Muslims is Christians can say Jesus rose and Mohammad still lying in is tomb. Religion no matter what it is does get tailored, etc to suit the needs of society. That is the other sad thing about it such as the Mormans saying Jesus married and Muslims justifying being a child pedophile.
