Except he didn't actually do anything illegal, at least as far as the USA's laws are concerned. If he had done something illegal, the morons in charge wouldn't be scrambling to make new legislation to bust Wikileaks with in the future. Of course, said laws will eventually be found to be unconstitutional as they all have been in the past.
