What are the evidence for no god?

The fact that this God doesn't prove his existence.
This God is Omnicient, Omnipresent and Omnipotent.
This God knows exactly what it will take to make everyone to believe him and can do it.
He doesn't.
Absence of Evidence in this case is Evidence of Absence.

On another note, if everything goes to God's Plan, how do we have Free Will? If we have Free Will, how does everything go to God's plan?

If you have a child, do you want that child to love you because she/he wants to or because you force she/he to love you?  How much fun would you have with someone who is forced to love you versus someone who loves you because they want to?

When you say "someone loves you because they want to", what you're really saying is "someone loves you because they are conditioned to". Conditioned love is not forced, though. Generally speaking, it's natural for children to have love for their parents because that's how they're wired biologically and environmentally. You don't need illogical free will for that.
