Wikileaks and the USA diplomatic cables

Are they a criminal organization? What was their crime? Asange is wanted on alleged sex offenses which have nothing to do with Wikileaks.

The main charge seems to be sex without a condom. One of the women making the allegation is affiliated with the CIA. Doesn't say much for credibility!

I can just see the email she received:

Your assignment, should you accept it, is to target Julian Assange, follow him to happy hour, take him back to his hotel, destroy his condoms, then have sex with him.
