Yeah, it can be filed under student services, as a chaplain is billed as an advocate. Its the same as the basketball courts and the weight room. Some of my fellow nerds are incensed at the very existence of sports and weightrooms, let alone having part of their tuition pay for it. I, on the other hand, enjoy the free gym. (That is, once I'm done being an old man and am able to support my own weight with my back...)
