Partially correct; but the electors from the other 49 states and DC could vote for the ticket.
Of course, I doubt now that Bush is going to get that far anyway, given his poor showing in both polling and debate.
Also, we can have a civil conversation, but you'll need to be civil yourself for that to happen. And if you'd rather be rude, I'll just move on to the other posters who prefer generating light to heat.

Bush is not going to get far. When you have to go in front of the press explaining why your candidacy is not dead, you've got big hurdles. Politics is about perception.
