Seriously, I've never minded if gay guys flirt because I like to flirt with females, even ones who'd never be interested in me, even ones I'd never be interested in, myself... and it seems no different to me to have a gay guy do it to me or vice-versa. I'm happy to be a contributor to the safe environment in which he can express what every (straight) other guy seems to take as his inherent birthright of sexual expression.
I'm actually way more flattered when gay guys hit on me. Girls can be less obvious about it. Guys are pretty straightforward. I am so aloof most of the time, I don't pick up on it. My girlfriend actually got jealous at a friends get together the other week. A guy was flirting with me, and I guess I was flirting back. Started a mini turf war...
