Some banks are dodgy =/= all banks are dodgy, That was my point - If you're going to make false generalisations you should expect someone to point it out.
Any org who breaks the law should be strung up, especially when they know exactly what they are doing.
Oh and big thumbs down on the out of context quote too. It was clear from my post that I evaluated your quote in the context of all banks, where as you quoted me to relate to a specific case of which I was in complete agreement already. Congratz.
