No, because there is no intent. Just a faceless corp that is too big to know what all it's parts are doing. If you tried to create "zero-tolerance" laws to protect against this kind of thing you'll have the neo-cons mindlessly screaming "REGULATION BAD!" & somehow spinning homeowner protection as a horrible thing.
If a human tries a home invasion on me I can legally blow them away, but a bank can do it thru the legal system with little to no repercussions.
