The cops were the ones who claimed that there was a third person in the vehicle that got away without getting a nick on him. Were they lying or are they incompetent? We know that they lie about every case from coast to coast and from border to border. Isn't it amazing how they always manage to fill unarmed blacks with lead but they always have trouble killing actual armed white murderers, even in a shootout?
