I wonder, as an administrator, whether you couldn't insert "trollopath" to this idiot's heading as his beliefs? Think of it as a warning for all the insincere obvious trolling. If he refrains from the offending behavior for some number of days, he can get it removed.
If they start doing this with one, then there's a list of others that it needs to be applied to.
