Science is definitely a reason I am atheist as well. My personal experiences with being a Christian pushed me more to being an atheist though. I am definitely interested in learning more about how our species has evolved. Also as a father I do not want my children to be exposed to religion. Growing up in the south, especially as a southern baptist, you hear a lot of racist comments. My kids don't need to be exposed to that. They don't need to judge others for who they are. If we took this mess out of our children's lives the world would be a better place. Will continue to spread the true "good word" lol, you do the same!
