Well I just like to be clean because that's where I pee out of. And toilet paper leaves behind lint when you wipe.
Also, you're only inches away from where poop comes out of. So there's microscopic poop particles and fecal matter around that whole general area. It seems perfectly logical to wash it before licking it lol.
