It's a bunch of lies designed to separate people from their reason . . . separate them from their money . . . and turn them into nice little obedient, non-questioning sheepl. It was designed to give a non-alpha male power over others, and make sure he never actually had to work. So, of course, all preachers/priests/rabbis/imams, etc., are con artists. As long as most of the population falls for their crap, we can't do anything against them. The news of how much money they make, and how they scam anyone they can, is all over the internet. Their followers just refuse to believe it.
Then.........expressing outrage is OK. Raging against the machine seems somewhat pointless. Enlisting others to rage with you seems over the top (to put it nicely).
Well . . . sort of. I think that if we could all express outrage, in nice clear little memes and quotes and soundbites, and get the word out, sooner or later some progress would be made. But at least here in 'Murica (land of the fruits and nuts and televangelists) atheists are well aware that we are still in the minority. Rather than raging, it seems more productive to just keep showing the xtian population how much money these guys are raking in, how much they are spending on themselves, and how little they are giving to the poor. The first goal, in my humble opinion, would be to finally get the sheeple to rise up in outrage against these frauds.
