the effects of watching porn and masturbation?

Hi everyone,
There are three questions about masturbation and porn that i look for answers:
1- What are the effects of watching porn mentally, morally and physically?
2- What are the effects of masturbation mentally, morally and physically?
3- What are the effects of masturbation (with having imagination about sexual images in mind) mentally, morally and physically?
Thanks in advance for whose respond to these questions.

This is a topic quite close to my heart so I have a lot to say about it.


1)  I imagine mentally there's all sorts of effects that porn has.  It might bring up self esteem issues for men and women seeing guys with ridiculously sized cocks and women with pretty much perfect bodies.

On the other hand it could have the opposite effect, if you watch amateur porn then you're exposed to seeing real bodies having good sex and having a good time.

I think you can definitely develop fetishes and ideas about sex from watching porn.  And I think you can probably become jaded to seeing extreme sex acts.  I can watch things on the internet now that would make Caligula blush and I'm used to it.

But I will say that I think morally and mentally the effects are both relative.  If you have bad morals or good morals and you watch porn I don't know how much that could change your moral values.  I think it depends on what porn you watch and so many other factors.

I'd be willing to estimate that porn effects people's morals in a bad way more than good but I don't know, there's too many variables to consider.

I like porn and I will admit that sexually I'm very very immoral and I know it's wrong but it's just the biggest vice in my life, I don't know how much a part porn has had to play in this.

2) Masturbation.  The effects mentally are probably that it keeps teenagers sane. 
I remember when I was a young teenager and I felt so guilty from peer pressure about wanking that I didn't do it at the very beginning of my puberty for what must have been months. When I say peer pressure I just remember thinking that people used wanker as an insult so wanking must be a bad thing.
 I can tell you now that I felt like I was going insane, I was only 12 or 13 but the thought did cross my mind about going out and trying to force a girl to have sex with me or just to watch me stroke it because it would be less bad if a girl watched me do it.  When I say it crossed my mind I didn't make any actual plans, I just did not know how to deal with this newly discovered ordeal of being horny.
Needless to say I didn't do anything like that, eventually I just started wanking like a maniac and realized all my friends were doing the same thing and we just laughed and joked about how much we could wank per night.
But just because of my experience of what happened in my early teen years of not wanting to wank I can understand how these religious guys become sex predators so easy. If your balls suffer it's like they have a direct line to the brain to say "What the fuck is going on, sort this out FUCKING NOW!" It's like commissioner Gordon on the red phone to batman, you can't just ignore it. 

If I go 3 days without cumming it's bad.  1 week and I'm going insane.  I can't even say what happens if I don't cum after 1 week because the last time I didn't cum for over a week was the beginning of puberty that I just described, I'd probably go insane like I was then.

The physical effects of masturbation, I haven't really noticed any physical effects, if I don't do it I just feel pretty crap and tense all over.

The moral effects of masturbation are all good I think.  As I said before when I didn't masturbate due to guilt and peer pressure I was just full of bad thoughts, anger and stress.

I don't really get the 3rd question.
