So two people have so far not submitted their picks for this week. I've PM'd both of them final reminders, however I thought I'd also take the time to ask the rest of the participants what they want to do if people don't submit picks. There are three options:

1) Leave their picks blank (i.e. give them a 0 - 16 record for the week)
2) Randomize their picks
3) Give them the same picks as the "Wisdom of the Crowd"
