Maajid Nawaz: Stealth Jihadist Exposed

Maybe you should read both authors' work and follow their activism online before listening to half-baked opinions about them over the internet.

Maybe you shouldn't assume that I don't.

The thing that disturbs me about Maajid is that, given his background as an Islamic fundamentalist, he presumably has a very good understanding of Islamic doctrine, and the life of Mohammed. But when he talks about Islam he is very vague, saying "Yes, there is SOMETHING in Islamic doctrine that has to do with violence" while Sam, on the other hand, is making the obvious point that Mohammed was a head-chopping barbarian.

I still don't know what Maajid is. I suspect he is more of a political actor (doing anything to make sure that Muslim immigration is not stopped, and Islam is not banned) rather than a stealth jihadist. But Islamic doctrine allows for people to disguise their motives, and act in such a way to deceive the infidel, so that we can never be sure if a moderate really is a moderate.
