Ok, I'll take a jab at this since I'm half in the bag...
1- Q: What are the effects of watching porn mentally, morally and physically?
1 - A:
Mentally....as in thought processes? I don't know for sure, but I think like any movie, if you watch enough porn, your thoughts may revolve around what you've watched. Your emotional reaction to what you've watched depends on the content of the particular movie.
Morally? I don't think porn shapes morals, necessarily, although it could arguably shape social views in the very young. I think people seek out the porn that speaks to the type of personality and brain they already have,
rather than vice-versa.
Physically: I do recall repeatedly seeing reports of studies done which indicate that porn has a similar effect on the brain to drugs, releasing dopamine etc. And the brains of porn addicts responded the same way the brain of a drug addict responds to their drug. So that's the physical side of it, anyway. I don't think there's any other physical effect from watching porn other than perhaps dry eyes from not blinking, or decreased physical fitness from not getting outside and getting enough exercise.
2- Q: What are the effects of masturbation mentally, morally and physically?
2 - A:
Mental effects, or thought processes: without the aid of porn or fantasies, I daresay masturbation, in and of itself, probably simply relieves tension and if anything improves mental clarity in everyday life.
Moral effects: None. Again, the morals may shape the masturbation,
but I doubt the process of masturbation shapes the morals.
Physical: If you overdo it, and some people do, you can sustain various degrees of injury, from slight chafing, to something more dire. Also, in at-risk individuals, there may be the increased risk of cardiac episode, or asthma attack.
I can't think of anything else???
3 - Q: What are the effects of masturbation (with having imagination about sexual images in mind)
mentally, morally and physically?
3 - A:
Mentally: Masturbation accompanied by fantasy may affect though processes if the person has guilt about what turns them on. That's not to say that they necessarily SHOULD feel guilty; it merely states that if they DO feel guilty about their fantasies, then that may negatively impact their thoughts in everyday life.
Morally: Again, the morals shape the masturbation and the fantasy...not the other way round.
Physically: Same as question 2....though perhaps with some physical consequences as a result of guilt-ridden stress.
Those are my best guesses.
