To go with the flow.

Always!  Be zen about things I cannot control.

Here's the way I worry about it.

If you can control something great, excellent. No point worrying, you have control.

If you can't control something, damn tragic. But no point worrying, you have no control.

Morale: No worries.

Disclaimer: It's the not knowing that's the worry. Do I have control over X or don't I? Oh shit, the anxiety! Should I act or should I not?

The problem, is uncertainty.

So I think I need to learn to be more decisive. Decide whether I think I have control or not, then stick to my guns... but if I'm clearly banging my head against the wall/flogging a dead horse... change my approach.

Bah, uncertainty is the problem.
