Try being nice to people when people are nice to you, you'll find that your interpersonal relations are more fulfilling. It's not many folks who earn rudeness from me. I ascribe that to the fact that I treat them decently and let them set the terms of the relationship.
As for your "experiment", I don't care one way or the other. You'll be yourself or you won't be yourself. I didn't and won't vote in your poll, because you have to decide for yourself how to carry yourself. Crowd-sourcing personality is not in my opinion any way to live one's life.
