IANMTU, lime jello and cottage cheese (think about that for a minute) was a frequent item at our family get togethers back in the 60s.  I remember being a kid and eating it. The texture is indescribable.  I'd almost swear we had it at the school cafeteria too.

Jesus fucking christ, what were they thinking ??

That IS a pretty terrible texture combination.  

I wonder who thought that was a good idea?
