Out right ban but they can't no one is going to willfully give up their guns even if they do the private citizen
with a 3d printer is more than enough to make their own guns. Even if they did take away guns they are easy enough to make.
Not to mention they would break the right to bear arms so as it stands there will be no gun ban.
