"A girl is raped because of her past karma" . I'm not for a moment saying she deserves it. I would be a heartless person to say that. In fact just like everyone else i feel compassion. I used karma to explain why it happened. Not to say she deserves it.

When you say that a girl was raped because of karma you are explicitly saying it was her fault, just like if you said it was because she wore a sort skirt/tight jeans/was a lesbian. Just because you are putting blame into a previous life, doesn't change the fact that you are blaming the victim for the wrong done to her.
