(Allah decked the "nether heavens with LAMPS" Yes..Stars are really very small burning lamps according to the great creator of the cosmos)
No, this is an imagery in the Quran. It is painting a picture of how the stars appear in a desert night sky (hence the word "lamps") and the point of the verse is to make us reflect on the beauty of Allah's creation (which are the stars). Also, the stars are "inviolable" because no one can do anything to disturb the beauty of the stars.

1. We do not worship Muhammad even though we do respect him as a prophet.
2. The Shia Muslims do not worship anyone else besides Allah either. They only consider the 12 Imams to be in a high spiritual position (because of their outstanding virtues).
