-Jesus is not real or at least is not God.
Nope. There are many good arguments against Jesus divinity, but proof? No, I have none to offer.
-The prophecies are bullshit.
If you are talking about the messianic prophecies, Jesus did not fulfill them. The messiah was supposed to unite the tribes of Israel, take up the sword and throw off the oppressors of the Jews. Jesus did none of those things.
-The Bible is not at all perfect.
The bible is not at all perfect, it contradicts itself continually. For example: God is love, love is never jealous, I am a jealous God.
Yep that was what i was aiming for, thanks for getting it, many don't
The problem with prophecies is that all the three abrahamic religions are crazy about it. A third of the Bible is only prophecies. And of course you can make them fit whatever you want them to fit. I have spent hours trying to make theists see the bullshit of these prophecies but it is amazingly hard.
For the perfection of the Bible, i do have to say it is quite a weak argument, but i'm always surprised at how many theists actually use it, mostly because "perfection" is an amazingly subjective notion.
"So if my Superman comic had real characters in it then that means that the rest of the comic is to be believed?"
If it was written by those real characters, and those people defended their loyalty to Superman to the grave, then this comic has a higher chance of being true than other comics.
