RE: God is Life?

I understand that the concept of god is real. I just don't believe it maps to anything in reality. So trying to say other things in reality "are god" is rather arbitrary, since it isn't anything to begin with.
If it's a placeholder for, "Whatever caused our reality to exist, if it did have such a cause" then that's fine. It may be a placeholder for literally nothing, though.
I have no problem with abstract concepts that don't literally map to reality. They can be very useful, and are indeed essential. I just don't think "god" is one of those. I think it's a term so elastic that it's useless. I often ask theists to define it, and they rarely can. If they do, I get something different whoever I ask.
