One boss I had was a tough moofoo to work for and would generally go through 1 secretary a month. Most typically quit via running from the building, crying, never to be seen again.

One secretary lasted several months, but it turned out she lied about everything on her resume, and was stealing from the company, she didn't give a rat's ass he was a tyrant.

IANMTU, the rest of us had a betting pool on how long each secretary would last. I never won . . .
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
