Yeah, minutia like who they nominate to lifetime appointments on the appeals courts and SCOTUS. No discernible difference.

He said they're superficial, not that they're not discernible. If Hillary becomes president, nothing much is going to change. Pretty much same old, same old. At best, minor "improvements" (if you want to call it that).

He said both. In any event, the judges the POTUS puts on the courts is extremely important. Those judges will be making important rulings long after the POTUS who appoints them is retired or dead. It's a very big deal.
