No one should make more than anyone else, why else would a company create a stipulation where it is illegal to discuss with other employees the matter of one's minimum wage? There would be no need for that fucking retarded stipulation if each individual earned the same wage.
I see absolutely no reason why a football player should earn millions of dollars a year just as I see no reason why a surgeon should more than anyone else.
It's because of personal choice and personal freedom that some people have more value than others when it comes to earning money most of the time.
For example I can't just say "Ok, I'm starting a company called Pauls computers, we aren't as good as Microsoft, we don't have a trusted company brand, I've invested no time at all in computer programming but I want people to be forced to buy Paul computers resulting in me earning as much as Bill Gates."
Football players earn millions of dollars because lots and lots of people enjoy watching football, buy football products, footballers have a brand in themselves so can be used for advertising, surgeons earn lots of money because people like living, and surgery sometimes prevents death, plus lots of celebrities choose to walk around with massive oversized lips and ridiculous looking fake tits, they choose that and surgeons provide it.
So for everyone to earn the same you'd have to artificially enforce equal value on all services and goods, and there's millions of reasons why I don't see that as possible. Or just simply steal the money off people who have earned more then give it to people who earned less.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
