There is a big fallacy here.

Whether or not one believes in a designer is irrelevant.
The presence of a design (or "structure", if you are not comfortable with word design) is evident.
If one denies the presence of structure, then this is simply intellectual suicide.

And the same goes for denying that a human body has any structure. This is intellectual suicide.
