Bernie's voter base seems like a pretty politically aware/active crowd (oppositional slogans about naivete and free stuff notwithstanding), and that seems to be on an increasing basis as the race gets to the bluer states. If they muster the voting power to beat down the Hillary machine, they have a good chance of changing congress up as well. That's much tougher because of gerrymandering and all that shit, but it does happen. Congress could turn democrat regardless of who the president is, actually.
