Even a demented idiot would understand that positive and negative that always go hand in hand prevent
any real progress and that is what we got in this finite universe therefore real progress can not
be found in the physical-material-mental world.
If you find too difficult to understand this point and then say that you got few degrees then help us all.  

Have you ever tried smoking DMT? It's a perfect example of what weird things the brain can come up with.

That's not English.  It's not a comprehensible sentence.  
"Even a demented idiot"  ---  yes, insane and mentally handicapped, that makes sense . . . the poor creature
"positive and negative that always go hand in hand" . . . yin and yang? protons and electrons? what?
"prevent any real progress" -- what's preventing real progress, how?
"and that is what we got in this finite universe" -- what? what do we have? protons and electrons? those don't impede progress!
"therefore real progress can not be found in the physical-material-mental world."  --- wow, what?  That's a completely 
nonsensical non-sequitur.   Great progress in many fields is being accomplished every day.  

And the physical world is all we have, Rikky Sicky. All the rest is woo and word salad until you can provide concrete, measurable proof. And YOUR word salad isn't even comprehensible English, Rikky Sicky.  That's why you are wasting your time being our village clown.
