Going on the moon is not progress.
Does going on the moon improve anyone life?
The computer is no progress.
The positive are neutralized by the negative.
The advantages of communicate with people far away are neutralized by damaging our eyes with the monitor radiation and by sitting in front of the computer we do not exercise.
Not only that.
By using the computer more and more people are losing their job.
Robots as well are doing the work of many people that use to have a job.
By using the computer people get addicted and the family slowly fall apart.
Fuzzy, you tell me of any material thing that deliver real progress only and i will cover you in 24 carat gold.
Promise.
Get real fuzzy.
The physical world is NOT all we have.
If you can't see in front of your nose that is your problem not other people problem.
Before today, I would have said, "You just can't make this shit up."
But you can. Is it just me or does this sound like lines from one of the Monty Python "foreigner using a bad translation book" sketches?

A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
