Allot of companions and friends I had left me because i hated them for being atheist. Despite never attacking me or even mentioning religion. I just walked up to them with an angry face and told them how much I hated them. I wanted to stop thinking like that for once.Well all that negativity you carry around isn't going to help you stop thinking the worst about anyone. The hate that you have in your heart has grown to such an extent that even those that love you are hated by you - even if you've never told them - it's clear the hate you have.
The only person who can get you to stop thinking that way is you. No amount of convincing or showing you or telling you stories about good and positive things is going to change that. You have to want to change for yourself. If you're not willing to find a starting point at which you stop acting so negative, then you'll continue to sit in stagnant water. Either you make the resolve to change or you continue staying exactly as you are.
