I don't think Neyde is on urban dictionary
But basically, Neyde is the name given to that photo of Britney. It became popular among her gay Brazilian fans back in 2008, who decided that her makeup and greasy hair made her look like a cleaner. So they called her "Neide", which is a stereotypical cleaner's name in Brazil. After a while it went international and became "Neyde", and now her face gets cut out and pasted onto every random gif and meme possible.
I just think it's hilarious because of how bloody random it is. It is such an awful mugshot
I can't believe the Alabama Hot Pocket is a real thing though. How do people think this stuff up? Ewww...

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable." - Maryam Namazie
