For me it would depend what they were bigoted against. I think the word "bigot" is so overused these days that it's lost all meaning anyway. It's become one of those social justice ad-hominem buzzwords that you can just throw at someone to shut them up when you run out of arguments. By the real definition of bigotry, being a bigot isn't necessarily a bad thing if the views you don't tolerate are intolerant views in the first place. It's not "bigotry" to be a bigot about bigotry.
Clayton was born blind and raised in an orphanage.
The caretakers there didn't have the heart to tell him he was black too on top of all his other problems. And naturally enough, not knowing his true nature, he grew up to be a leader in the White Power Movement.
He did eventually find out about it and it was devastating. He even divorced his wife, a nice caucasian lady because she was a n****r lover.
His unveiling in the White Supremacist organization he founded did cause a ruckus.
