Yog you keep on banging the head on the wall.  

If the new give us hatred, wars, famine, climate change more diseases and God knows what else then
it clearly means that we are on the wrong track.

The message is clear.    

You vandalize the good things and you get only more and more problems.  

The old was just as responsible for wars, famine, and all measure of human cruelty.  You're spinning your wheels and making no headway in showing how the old in music or words was better than the new.  Besides, I defy you to show that new meanings for words and new music are responsible for the things you claim they are responsible for.  Correlation doesn't equal causation and correlation is all you've got.  You're just spewing irrelevant tripe.

You don't get it yog, do you?  

I point my finger in the correct direction and you look at my finger rather than
what lie in the direction.  

Obviously in the past we had all sort of bad things.
Who ever talk about that?
I am rather talking about those people who create something new in order to put an end to the wrong
but most of all i am talking about the good things that have been vandalized and turned into a cancer.
Before Shiva there was no marriage system.
Men used to take women by force, use them and then dump them.
Before Shiva there were no the 7 notes.
People didn't have a proper system of how to play music.
Before Shiva there was no proper system to heal people both physically and mentally.
He introduced Ayurvedic medicine.
Before Shiva people use to worship stone and wood idols.
Shiva introduce the knowledge within in order to expand people consciousness and the awareness of who you really are.
Some smart people took these teaching as something very very precious and important.
Other people follow these teaching for a while then forget about them.
Other people never bother about them and kept on living an animal life.
Other people took these teaching seriously for a while to then turn them into dogma (religions).

As you can see yog there are a myriad of roads in which people move around.
All you have to do yog is to look at the direction not at the finger.
Right?
