Well, can't really vote the poll since I don't agree with any of the stances. Simply put, anyone should be able to legally off themselves and the drugs should be available to help them do so, with a couple of caveats. There should be some oversight in the form of mental health evaluations. Two qualified, unrelated mental care professionals needing to sign off, or the like. There should also be an age restriction. You can argue bodily autonomy of minors all day long, but the truth is that's a settled argument. Most, if not all, jurisdictions already require you to be a certain age before you can drink, get tattoos, body modifications, have sex (though this one is hardly ever enforces outside of overage/minor situations), etc...
The problem I have with the current state of affairs is that outside of four states, someone who wishes to die can do so only if they are willing to separate themselves from anyone they know and care for. Attending a suicide is illegal in many jurisdictions and assisting them can get you indicted for manslaughter all the way up to pre-meditated murder and that's just plain bullshit.
We weren't asked, not one of us, if we wanted to be a part of this world. Why in the holy fuck should we be denied the right to leave it?
