Oh and Hillary has been under a microscope countless times, and to assume she is up to anything is fucking stupid. In western societies, there is no political party oath to serve in law enforcement or intelligence agencies. Considering the thousands of political diverse individuals who serve in the CIA, Secret Service, FBI and State Department, to say a conspiracy is possible is utter bullshit.
Under Bush we had democratic politicians busted as well republicans. Outside an impeachment, the only thing that would get a politician off if they go to prison would be a pardon from a future president. Our law enforcement top officials are extremely well vetted before they take office. Those who hold the highest offices are not there to protect one party or one personality, but the entire system of governing.
Hillary has been investigated for Bengazi several times and spoke at multiple hearings. Her e-mail, while one might claim was not the wisest protocol, was not breaking the law. In this case, it was not enough clarification as they procedures were written. And don't hand me any crap as long as e-mail has been around that no republican politician ever used their private devices as well.
If both sides are doing it, then the problem isn't so much legality, but lack of better procedure.
