well... what if I tell you it only uses the egg yolks... and lots of them!

- 300g of sugar
- 100ml of water
- 8 egg yolks
- Heat up the water and sugar (you can add some flavoring with a cinnamon stick and/or lemon peels
- stop heating when it starts boiling
- let it cool for a bit...
- in a container, scramble the yolks
- pour the sugary water on the eggs slowly... with a thin stream while you keep mixing
- warm up this new mixture, slowly
- never stop stirring
- let it thicken a bit and, when you can "draw a road", it's ready!
- move it to a new container to stop cooking.
This is such a bomb!
