Probably so. I think his time is quickly passing, though. He's pretty old, if she wins the presidency he's got to wait 8 years before he could run again and he'd be in his 80s. If she asks him to be the VP, I truly think that's his shot to effect some of the changes he wants to bring to the table. Citizen's United needs an amendment, and if he makes that his one and only goal during his VP-cy, then he could gain some success.
