I am an agnostic atheist, also; as always, Wikipedia has a good article:

I guess you know lots of xtian apologist/missionary sorts really care about defining agnosticism as an inability to form a belief in either direction.  Can't imagine why they should care so much let alone why they think that anyone who disagrees with them is being evasive.
