Can you mind addressing my points about the disconnet between how society views the fetus and how the law does? According to you, Charles Manson should not have been charged with double murder for killing pregnant Sharon Tate. After all, Sharon's fetus was worthless according to you!

Retard is an insult but there are many medical conditions that can give impaired cognition so you have not really been clear on what it is or even if the disease you class as retarded is one that can be screened for because you may as well have said "republicans" where you put retards, (I would).
Sharon Tate did not choose an abortion, this is important. Having a child is the biggest thing a woman can do and it should be her choice. If you remove that legal choice then women will choose to do it illegally, you would not, but what you would do is not representative of all women and your desire to inflict your choices on others in one of the vilest things about religious people.
