No, although I do not believe that the fundamental architecture of reality is a person who exists with no brain, I do not in fact harbor any bias toward people with learning disabilities. Nor have I encountered such a predilection for discriminating against such people among my atheist friends, despite the fact that, like me, they do not believe in either unicorns or the manifestion of objects out of nothing via supernatural powers.
