No moron, what BOTH women and men need are livable wages, that still does not negate that the cost of living because of making less on average, plus women's products like clothing, hygiene products, and medical care cost more it still puts them at an economic disadvantage on top of being paid less on average.
And I can tell you that a diverse workplace with more women in charge has a tendency ON AVERAGE to create a more productive environment. I have had both male bosses and female bosses. I have worked under old married couples too, and the presence of a female can help workplace diplomacy. NOBODY is or should suggest someone get a job they are not qualified to to do.
You don't just give women equal pay for them. And it is NOT an issue of political correctness. When women can earn equal pay as well as paying ALL workers a livable wage that meets the cost of living, that also allows MEN more time at home too and don't hand me any crap that life is simply about waking up sweating for 80 hours a week just to make someone else rich. Humans are not tools, neither women or men. But women DO have a harder time because of morons like you who think in binary simplistic scripts.
This is simply sexist nonsense which pays into gender rolls and does absolutely NOTHING to benefit women or men.
